Correcting factual details

We fix factual fields in your listing when you tell us the right value and give us something to check it against. That means your website, your Google Business Profile, or another public source where we can confirm the change. We cover name, address, phone number, website URL, hours, and services offered. Once corrected, the information stays fixed even after we refresh the directory data.

Disputing your score

Scores don't get hand-edited. A dispute means you think the input is wrong: the listing is attached to the wrong business, or reviews got matched to you by mistake, or a summary pulled from reviews doesn't accurately reflect what reviewers said. We re-check the data sources and rebuild your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher score. Disagreeing with how reviewers rated your work doesn't change the data.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a business has closed permanently, when we find duplicate entries, or when a business falls outside roofing contractors. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your business is open, in scope, and accurately represented, we decline removal and explain why. The answer is straightforward, not a template.
